Yoga retreat in Italy

The reason why I didn't post anything for the last week is that I was away in beautiful Italy on a yoga retreat. It was the first time I went to such a retreat and I did yoga so intensively (2 hours in the morning, one hour and a half in the afternoon everyday) and it was a wonderful experience to be repeated.
